The British Tea Party finds its leader?

I just had an article published on Comment Is Free on the prospects for a British Tea Party movement. The article was inspired by a bizarre comment piece by someone called Professor Miles Robbins. It's well worth reading and marvelling at its mind-boggling ludiscrousness. I have uploaded a scan of it:
